The Poway Goodwill store is back open and accepting donations.  The Dingeman fundraiser will be extended through Friday 2/4/22.  Our school will be rewarded based on number of large boxes/bags donated.  The individual student and classroom with the most donations will also receive a prize. Tickets were sent home prior to winter break but the store also has extras if you can’t find them.  Bring items with a ticket to Poway Goodwill at:

Monarch School Donation Drive January 18-31

 

In the spirit of giving back to our community, the FFC is sponsoring a donation drive for Monarch School, a public K-12 school in San Diego that serves students who are homeless or at risk of being homeless by providing a safe and stable learning environment as well as services to meet their basic needs.  
From January 18-31, we will be collecting full sized toiletries including toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and toothbrushes. No sample/travel size items please. We are also asking for donations of new or very gently used jeans and sweatpants/joggers for children ages 5-19. No holes/fraying or stains please. Items can be donated at school ……….
Children experiencing homelessness is always a serious problem and the pandemic has only increased the number of students being served at Monarch School. While you are out shopping for your own family, please consider picking up a few items for these students. Thank you for your help and support!
