2020 FALL REGISTRATION
TRANSITIONAL KINDERGARTEN and KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION
New Student Registration will be held on Thursday, March 26, 2020 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Auditorium (MPR).
ORIGINAL – Birth Certificate, Passport or Baptismal Certificate
Immunization Record – Signed/Stamped by Attending Physician
Proof of Residence:
Mortgage Documents (Mortgage Statement, Property Tax Bill)
Rental Agreement (Current – Signed by Landlord and Tenant)
Current Utility Bill (Gas & Electric, Telephone, Cable)
Military Housing Orders
FIRST THROUGH FIFTH GRADE - NEW TO OUR SCHOOL
Fall registration for NEW STUDENTS, new to our school. First Grade through Fifth Grade will also be accepted on, Thursday, March 26, 2020. The same requirements apply and registration packets will be available at the front office.
WE WILL NEED ALL OF THE DOCUMENTATION MENTIONED ABOVE BEFORE WE CAN PROCESS YOUR STUDENT’S REGISTRATION.
