COSTUME PARADE

Come watch our Dingeman students parade in their
cutest and spookiest costumes
*Arrive in costume
*Bring regular school clothes to change into immediately following the parade
*NO weapons - even costume weapons - allowed
On October 31st, children should arrive to school already wearing their costumes. They will line up as usual on the white top and then follow their teachers to their classrooms. At 8:45, the children will line back up on the white top and parade, by class, in their costumes. Families are invited and encouraged to bring a lawn chair or a blanket and come watch the parade. After the parade, each class will return to their classrooms and have an opportunity to change back into their regular school clothes. If you prefer your child can dress in a Dingeman shirt or, if you do not want your child to participate, please advise your teacher.
We ask parents to carefully monitor your children's costumes so as to avoid outfits that are morbid, suggestive or in poor taste. Let's have fun, but remember it is a school event, so let's keep the attire appropriate. Masks can only be worn during the parade, and costume weapons are not allowed anytime on school property.
